The platform helps users organize, track, and prepare interactions around land and property information. It does not provide official legal opinions.

2. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and request details.
  • Respect fair-use and anti-fraud use for public datasets.
  • Use official channels for legally required proof documents.

3. Availability and limits

We aim for stable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to upstream gov services, portals, or any external systems used by customers.

4. Fees and billing

Platform subscription pricing appears in the pricing page. Official registry fees are paid separately to HM Land Registry channels. We are an independent provider and do not collect those fees on behalf of a government service.
